    Alternatively, we can sign you up in the clinic on your next visit.

  • No, our memberships do not have a signup fee.

  • Treatments:
    Your first treatment will begin 4 weeks from your signup date.

    Products and other benefits:
    You can take advantage of the 10% off product discount and other benefits once your 1st payment has gone through.

  • To enjoy the benefits of being a ‘Glow Club’ Member, there is a minimum term for signing up, which is 12 months.

  • Although you can’t pause your membership, we do allow you to move your treatments to the month before or after your holiday up to 2 times per year.

    This means that you will have a few treatments closer together.

    Arrangements must be organised in advance to give us notice and to secure a spot.

  • Our Booking Policy applies if you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours.

    If you are providing ample notice, being more than 48 hours notice, we will simply reschedule your appointment to another day that suits you.

    Please note we will ideally have all your future appointments booked in advance, as treatments will need to be conducted every four weeks.

  • All memberships are non-transferable.

    If you cannot attend an appointment within the 4-week interval, you will forfeit your treatment.

  • Yes, if you would like to take advantage of the ‘Glow Club’ membership benefits on the day of signing up, if you pay your 1st month upfront.

    However, if you would like to pay up front for your 1st treatment, we will be required to sign you up in-clinic, rather than online.

  • You just pay for the difference in price on the day of treatment.

  • On Glow Club memberships, you are limited to skin treatments only.

    The treatments not included as part of our skin treatments are as follows; Laser hair removal, Cosmetic injectables, and Tattoo removal.
